1. Booking & Appointments
All bookings at Nails by Anona are subject to review and confirmation. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, depending on my availability.
2. Booking Fees & Deposits
A booking fee (a percentage of the total service cost) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend. The booking fee will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the slot to another client.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
4. No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without giving notice, this is considered a no-show. Your booking fee will not be refunded.
Repeated no-shows may result in future bookings being declined or requiring full payment upfront.
5. Payment
Payment for services is due at the end of your appointment. I accept cash and card payments.
Your booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day.
6. Consultation Forms
Some services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. This helps me understand any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant health information.
Please complete any required forms honestly and thoroughly. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the service I can provide and could impact your safety.
7. Health & Safety Checks
Before each appointment, I will examine your nails to check for any health concerns or contraindications.
If I identify any issues that could affect the safety or outcome of your treatment, I may need to adjust the service or, in some cases, decline to proceed. This is for your wellbeing and to ensure the best possible results.
If treatment cannot proceed due to health concerns, I will discuss options with you, which may include rescheduling or a partial refund of your booking fee at my discretion.
8. Refunds
No refunds are given once a treatment has been completed.
If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try to resolve the issue. I always aim to ensure you leave happy with your nails.
9. Your Responsibilities
Please arrive with clean hands and nails.
Let me know in advance if you have any allergies, skin conditions, or nail concerns that may affect your treatment.
Please inform me if you feel unwell or have any contagious conditions, as we may need to reschedule your appointment.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
I take your privacy seriously and handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Any information you provide will be kept securely and used only for the purposes of delivering your treatments and communicating with you about your appointments.
Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
11. Liability
While I take every care to provide safe, high-quality services, I cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or issues that arise from information you have not disclosed or from failure to follow aftercare advice.
By booking an appointment, you accept responsibility for providing accurate information about your health and any relevant conditions.
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the update.
